How do I order online?
It’s simple! Just browse through our online shop and when you see an item you want, click “add to cart.” When you are ready to check out, click the shopping bag icon.
Which credit cards do you accept?
Pretty much all of them. Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, American Express.
When will my order be shipped?
As soon as we process your payment, we will ship your order. It is usually a day or two after your order is placed.
Do you have other styles in the shop that aren’t shown online?
Yes, our online store is a very small portion of what we carry. If you are looking for something in particular from one of our brands email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know if we have it in stock.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 10 days of receipt of items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached for store credit.
Blush Boutique does not refund money or credits cards for purchases, all returns will be given store credit.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Blush does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD will be denied.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Complete and enclose the return/exchange form included with your shipment and securely repackage your merchandise. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
